The Serge Ferrari Group develops, produces and sells environmentally friendly, sophisticated and flexible composite materials on a market that the company estimates to be worth over €6bn worldwide. Its unique product characteristics allow applications that meet technical challenges for three groups of customers: for end users, the architecture sector and in industrial processing. The company has a major competitive edge due to special manufacturing technologies, such as the Précontraint process, as well as comprehensive industrial expertise covering all production stages from R&D and systems engineering to yarn production (Serge Ferrari Tersuisse), weaving, coating and recycling.

The Group has three production sites, one in France and two in Switzerland. Serge Ferrari is present in 80 countries with eight subsidiaries (US, Japan, Hong Kong, Brazil, India, China, Turkey and Germany), two offices (Spain, Dubai) and a network of over 100 distributors worldwide. In 2018, Serge Ferrari employed 830 people and posted sales of €185m, 75% of which were exports outside France.
